Varian-Agilent Rotor, 1st Stage is the rotating component of vacuum pump in which the gas enters from the Suction Chamber and is immediately compressed by the vane of the rotor, where, the tips of the rotor are constantly in contact with the stator wall to create high pressure air. It helps the cycle of induction, isolation, compression and exhaust phases. When the gas volume is compressed, it forces the exhaust valve to open and permitting gas discharge.
